We are looking for great stalls, food vendors and sideshows to have at EWFEST 2026

To request a space for a stall please complete the attached booking form.

SMALL PITCH at £30 - space to accommodate a 3m x 3m gazebo

DOUBLE PITCHES at £50 - space to accommodate a 6m x 3m gazebo

If applying for a food or drink pitch please include your menu and prices and a photo of your stall/truck. Food & Drink are charged a % of your takings.

Rides / sideshows please send details of size pitch you'd need, cost & photos. Again a % of takings is charged.
