HELP AT EWFEST
EWFEST is a true village event — and we can’t do it without you.
It takes lots of willing hands to make the day safe, fun and successful, and we’d be incredibly grateful for any help you can offer, big or small.
Here’s where we could really use some support:
-
On the day: help with car parking and marshalling stallholders’ cars. Shifts are short (no longer than an hour), so you can still enjoy the festival.
-
End of June: lending a hand to put up banners and posters around the village.
-
If you’re able to help in a bigger or more creative way — for example by making a sideshow or eye-catching props (like the brilliant Beatles figures made by Allan Webber) — we’d love to hear from you. We do have a small budget available to cover materials.
If you’re happy to get involved, please send us a message using the CONTACT button below or fill in the form — every offer of help makes a real difference.
All money raised at EWFEST is donated to Ewhurst School, Rainbow’s End Pre-School, the Junior Football Club, Sayers Croft Trust, and other local groups that support and enrich village life.
