Application to trade at
EWFEST 2025

EWFEST will have live music from 3pm to 10pm. Minimum trading hours will be from 3pm until 7pm - you are welcome to stay until 10pm. 

 

The Carnival Committee reserve the right not to accept your booking for any reason.  We want a mix of stalls at the Carnival but also the number of stalls we can accommodate is limited.  Should your stall not be accepted we will inform you by email as soon as possible.  

 

We will send our bank account details with this confirmation. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until pitch payment is received.​​
